Leadership Development that changes behaviour, not just slides

Most leadership courses produce binders, not breakthroughs. We run diagnostic-led programmes where managers practise real conversations, receive blunt feedback and track measurable shifts over 90 days.

Where does your leadership gap sit?

Pick every statement below that sounds familiar. The combination tells us which of our three tracks fits your situation. This is not a personality quiz: it maps to the same behavioural categories we use in our full diagnostic interviews.

My team asks me the same clarifying questions repeatedly.

I avoid giving critical feedback until a formal review.

Priorities shift often and people seem unsure what matters most.

I end up redoing work my reports hand in because it misses the mark.

Conflict between team members lingers for weeks before I step in.

I spend more than half my week on tasks someone else could own.

Four phases, ninety days

Every engagement follows this sequence. We compress the theory and expand the practice, because adults learn leadership the same way they learn a sport: by doing it badly, getting coached, then doing it better.

Behavioural diagnostic

We interview you, your direct reports and your manager. Three perspectives, twelve questions each. The output is a two-page gap map, not a 40-page PDF nobody reads. Typical turnaround: five working days.

Two-day intensive

Twelve participants maximum. Half the time is live role-play with a trained actor standing in as a difficult stakeholder, a disengaged team member or a resistant peer. We record the sessions and review footage together.

Fortnightly coaching calls

Each participant gets six 45-minute calls over three months. The coach holds you to the specific commitments from the intensive. No open-ended "how are you feeling" sessions: we work from a shared scorecard.

90-day re-diagnostic

We repeat the original interviews. Same questions, same people. The comparison shows what shifted and where the work still sits. You get a before-and-after report your sponsor can take to the board.

Pick the programme that matches your gap

Each track targets a different behavioural cluster. If you selected statements in the self-check above, you already have a rough idea of which one applies. We confirm it during the diagnostic call.

Clarity and direction

For managers whose teams are busy but misaligned. We work on priority-setting frameworks, briefing discipline and the habit of repeating the "why" until it sticks. Participants leave with a one-page operating rhythm they can install the following Monday.

Feedback and conflict

Designed for leaders who delay hard conversations. The intensive includes four filmed role-plays with a professional actor. Participants build a personal script library: openers, pivots and closes they can adapt to real situations within the week.

Delegation and trust

Built for experienced individual contributors who now manage others but keep pulling work back. We map every task on a hold/hand-off matrix and practise the specific handover conversation that makes delegation stick instead of bounce.

Before you get in touch

If your question is not here, mention it in the form below and we will answer within one working day.

Twelve is the maximum for an intensive. Smaller groups of six or eight work well too. We do not run open-enrolment courses: every cohort comes from one organisation so the practice scenarios reflect your actual context.

The coaching calls are always remote. The intensive works best in person because the role-plays rely on body language and spatial dynamics. If travel is genuinely impossible, we have run hybrid intensives with the actor joining by video, but outcomes are about 20% weaker on the feedback metrics.

Thirty minutes on video. We ask about the specific leadership behaviours you want to shift, the size of the group, and the business context. By the end we can tell you which track fits and give a ballpark on timing and cost. No slides, no pitch deck.

A full 12-week programme for a cohort of twelve typically lands between £18,000 and £24,000 depending on location and the number of diagnostic interviews. The shorter delegation track runs around £11,000. We quote per cohort, not per head.

Yes. About half our cohorts are in England, and we have delivered intensives in Dublin and Amsterdam. Travel and accommodation costs are passed through at cost with no markup.
